The prices quoted are delivered prices and include regular ground shipping by either UPS or Fedex ground unless otherwise stated. Chairmat orders outside the 48 states will incur an additional charge to cover shipping. We will email you with the charge and request a return email acknowledging and accepting the fee before we will complete the order. All chairmat returns must have prior approval. Chairmats which are returned must be shipped in the original carton and received in re-sellable condition to receive credit. Please contact Chairmatsusa.com for a "Return Authorization Number," the return shipping address and instructions. Return freight charges are the responsibility of the customer unless prior arrangements have been made. Items may NOT be sent freight collect and will be refused and no credit will be issued for the merchandise. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving merchandise for a return. Chairmat orders may not be cancelled once shipped without prior approval. Without prior approval the order will be considered valid and no refund will be issued. Upon returning the mat there will be a 30% re-stocking fee incurred and the credit issued will be adjusted accordingly. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to inspect the merchandise at the time of acceptance. If there is major damage we recommend refusing the shipment.
